Customs & Import Duties

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Easy Returns
We’re happy to accept returns if:
- The item remains in good condition and was not damaged while in your care.
- The item is the same as what we originally sent (no replacements or alterations).
- The item is returned in its original condition — unopened if applicable, with original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and any accessories included.
Return Window
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be unworn, unopened (if applicable), unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must include all original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we receive your returned item.
- Refunds will include the product cost and any applicable sales tax but exclude any customization costs.
