The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Alocom Service is the exclusive property of Alocom and is protected by Egyptian copyright laws.
Trademarks

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Alocom Service are trademarks or trade dress of Alocom in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Alocom trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Alocom’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Alocom. All other trademarks not owned by Alocom that appear in any Alocom Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Alocom.

Licensing and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, Alocom or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Alocom Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Alocom Service or its content; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Alocom Service or its content; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Alocom or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or exploit any Aalo Com Service or any portion thereof for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Aalo Com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Aalo Com without the express written consent of Aalo Com. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Aalo Com’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Aalo Com. You may not misuse the Aalo Com Services. You may use the Aalo Com Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by Aalo Com terminate if you do not comply with these Terms of Use or any Terms of Service.

Your Account
You may need an Aalo Com account to use certain Services, and you may be required to log in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Visit Your Payments to manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Aalo Com sells products for children, but sells them to adults, who may purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Aalo Com Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Aalo Com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use the Aalo Com Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
You may post references

You may post comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including rights of publicity), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead any other person as to the origin of a card or other content. Allocom reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. If you post content or submit material, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant AloKom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any medium. You also grant AloKom and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you submit does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify AloKom for all claims resulting from content you submit. AloKom has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. AloKom takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Intellectual Property Complaints

AloKom respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow our notice and procedures for filing copyright infringement claims.
Risk of Loss

All purchases of physical items from Alocom are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns, Refunds, and Title
Alocom does not assume title to returned items until after the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without the need for return. In such case, Alocom does not assume title to the returned item. For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Returns Center .
Product Descriptions
Alocom attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Alocom does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Alocom Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Alocom is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing

“List Price” means the suggested retail price of a product as offered by the manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check list prices against prices recently found on AloKom and other retailers. For some products, a “Can Price” may be displayed, which is determined using the product’s recent price history on AloKom.

For items sold by AloKom, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order it. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be incorrectly priced. If an item sold by AloKom’s correct price is higher than the price we have stated, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may have different policies when an item is incorrectly priced.

We typically do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for Digital Products, until we have made the Digital Product available to you.

Other Businesses
Parties other than AloKom operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through the AloKom Services. In addition, we provide links to the websites of affiliates and other companies. If you purchase any products or services offered by these companies or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, and not from Alocom. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of any of these companies or individuals (including the content of their websites). Alocom has no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of all of these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other terms of use.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Alocom Services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included or otherwise made available to you through the Alocom Services are provided by Alocom on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. Alocom makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Alocom Services, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Alocom Services, unless otherwise stated in writing. By using any Alocom Service, you agree that the applicable law of the Arab Republic of Egypt will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Alocom.
Site Policies, Modification and Severability
Please review our other policies, such as our Pricing Policy, posted on this Site. These policies also govern your use of the Alocom Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, Policies, Terms of Service and these Terms of Use at any time. Additional Terms for Alocom Programs
The following terms (“Program Terms”) apply to any software (including any software updates or upgrades) and any related documentation we provide to you in connection with the Alocom Services (“Alocom Program”).
1. Use of the Alocom Sites and Services. You may use the Aalo Com Sites and Services solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Aalo Com Services as provided by Aalo Com, and as permitted by these Terms of Use and any Terms of Service. You may not merge any part of the Aalo Com Software into other software, compile any part of it in combination with other software, copy (except to exercise the rights granted in this Section), modify, create derivative works from, distribute, assign or license any rights to it, in whole or in part. All software used in any Aalo Com Service is the property of Aalo Com or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
2. Use of Third-Party Services. When using the Aalo Com Site, you may also use one or more third-party services, such as a wireless carrier or mobile software provider. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate policies, terms of use and fees for such third parties.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with or bypass any security associated with the Aalo Com Software, in whole or in part.
4. Updates. We may provide automatic or manual updates to the Aalo Com Site at any time and without notice to you.
5. Disputes. In the event of any dispute between these Terms of Use and any other terms of Aalo Com or a third party applicable to any part of the Aalo Com Software, such as open source license terms, such other terms will govern with respect to that part of the Aalo Com Software and the extent of the dispute.

Aalo Com accepts the submission of subpoenas or other legal process only through the addresses of Aalo Com E-Commerce Company.

• Third-party advertisers and links to other websites: Aalo Com Services may include advertisements from third parties and links to other websites and applications. Our third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertisements, and services. • Use of third-party advertising services: We provide advertising companies with information that allows them to deliver more useful and relevant Aalo Com ads to you and measure their effectiveness. Instead, we use an advertising identifier such as a cookie, device identifier, or a token derived from an irreversible encryption application to other information such as your email address. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and your data about that event so that you are not served an ad to download the app again. You can access your information, including your name, address, payment options, profile information, Prime membership, family settings, and purchase history in the “Your Account” section of the website.

• As described above, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of the Allocom Services.

In addition, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information. Are children allowed to use the Allocom Services?
Allocom does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Allocom Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. • Purchase and content usage history, which we sometimes aggregate with similar information from other customers to create features such as “Best Sellers”;

• The full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our websites, including date and time; the products and content you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicking, and mouse-over);

• Phone numbers used to contact our customer service number; 

• Photos or videos when you shop at our stores or stores that use Alocom Services.
We may also use device identifiers, cookies, and other technologies on our devices, apps, and web pages to collect browsing, usage, or other technical information.

• Updated delivery and address information from our carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records and more easily deliver your next purchase or communication;
• Account information, purchase or redemption information, and page view information from certain merchants with whom we operate co-branded businesses or provide technical, fulfillment, advertising, or other services;
• Information about your interactions with products and services offered by our affiliates;
• Search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links);
• Credit history information from credit bureaus, which we use to help prevent and detect fraud and provide certain credit or financial services to certain customers.

• The status of recent orders (including subscriptions);

• Payment settings (including payment card information, promotion certificate, gift card balances, and one-click settings);

• Email notification settings (including product availability alerts, deliveries, special event reminders, and newsletters);

• Recommendations and products you’ve recently viewed that form the basis of recommendations (including recommended to you and improving your recommendations);

• Shopping lists and gift registries (including wish lists, baby registries, and wedding registries);

• Related content, devices, services, and settings, communications, and personalized advertising preferences;

• Content you’ve recently viewed;

• Voice recordings associated with your account;

• Your profile (including product reviews, recommendations, reminders, and your profile);

• If you are a seller, you can access your account and other information and adjust your communications preferences by updating your account in Seller Central.
• If you are a user, you can access your account and other information and update your accounts at https://aalogroup.com/my-account/ as appropriate.

Items that you can return?
You can return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by Aalo within (2) days of delivery for a full refund.
How to get a refund:
Usually within 2 to 3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return request.
Aalo’s Exchange feature?
Yes, you can create exchange orders and exchange items from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement item.

Return Window: 2 days from delivery
In most cases, used or unopened items purchased from a Umm warehouse and shipped from Allo can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Some product categories have different policies or requirements associated with them.

The following product types are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. In the unlikely event that a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement if possible, terms and conditions apply.

Please keep the item in its original packaging, with the manufacturer’s seal, and unopened or unused. Allo reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that are not considered to be returnable for hygienic reasons, or if the packaging makes it impossible to verify that it has not been used.

Return Window: Non-Returnable:
These items are non-returnable to Allo due to the consumable or hygienic nature of the product. In the unlikely event that a damaged, defective or different item is delivered to you, we will offer a full refund or free replacement if possible (terms and conditions apply). Non-returnable items are:
Grocery and Gourmet Food:
We may contact you to request information (including photos and/or videos) and assess the damage or defect to the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
Household Supplies and Consumables
Household Supplies: Laundry products (detergents, softeners), household cleaners (toilet cleaners, floor cleaners, hand wash, wipes), air fresheners (sprays, gels) etc.
Family Nutrition: Baby food, healthy drinks for toddlers and children, vitamin and mineral supplements.
Temperature Controlled Products: Any products that require storage and delivery under controlled temperature conditions (such as refrigerated or frozen items).

Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions:
We offer guaranteed delivery for selected delivery speeds and products.
When Guaranteed Delivery is available for an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with the associated Guaranteed Delivery Date and fees (if applicable). We will refund any shipping fees associated with eligible orders, if delivery is not attempted by the Guaranteed Delivery Date shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
The following requirements must be met to be eligible for a Guaranteed Delivery Refund:
The selected shipping method is the shipping option advertised on the product detail page.
The order is shipped to the eligible address.
The order is placed prior to the “Order Within” countdown listed on the checkout page. The “Order Within” countdown timer provides a window of time during which you must place your order to receive your order by the date shown. A delivery date may become unavailable during that time window due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity prior to your order being placed. The Guaranteed Delivery Date is included in your order confirmation email. Contact us if you have any concerns.
If your order contains items that do not qualify for Guaranteed Delivery, your shipping preference will be “Ship my items as soon as they are available.”
Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged by the deadline shown on the checkout page.
The guarantee does not apply if we miss the promised delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe storm. Also, delivery scans may be inaccurate, which does not entitle you to an automatic refund.
Attempting delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date is in line with our delivery guarantee.
The post office’s offer of a delivery date on or before the guaranteed delivery date is in line with our delivery guarantee.

Same day delivery prices for items sold and shipped by marketplace sellers are determined by the seller and may differ from the prices posted here.

Aalo Com Return Policy
Products shipped from Aalo Com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases through our online returns center. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Return requests will only be processed if:
The product is determined to have been undamaged in your possession.
The product is the same as what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in the same condition it was in when received (sealed/unopened if possible, with the original brand/manufacturer box or packaging, and if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
Return Process:
After the courier comes to collect the product, it may take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
We will issue the refund, then it may take 5-7 business days for it to appear on your payment card statement or 4 business hours if you requested the refund to be credited to your Aalo Com Gift Balance.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event that you are delivered a damaged, defective or wrong product, we will offer you a full refund or replacement, if available. We may contact you to verify the damage/defect with the product before issuing a refund/replacement, as applicable. We reserve the right to request further information, collect or inspect the product for damage/defect before issuing a refund/replacement.

Some products may be eligible for exchange only. If the same product is not available in stock, we will issue a refund.

Note:
In the event that customers are found to be abusing the return policy by excessive returns, returning products that are not in their original condition, or by canceling or not accepting orders. Introduction, Aalo Com reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

We will not accept returns of any product that was sent to us incorrectly or items that are different from what was delivered to you. This includes items that were not originally purchased from Aalo Com. If we receive such products, we will not be able to return, refund or otherwise make any concessions with respect to such items and your actions may result in restrictions on your Aalo Com account including limiting your ability to return items in the future, canceling the order and/or closing your Aalo Com account. Any such product that you send or return to Aalo Com cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you. We can only process returns for correct items returned in accordance with our policies.

In accordance with our returns policy, we need to verify your identity in order to process your return. This is a one-time process and takes 2-3 minutes to complete.
